A plan can sound clear and still miss a step. AI can help spot gaps. You decide what needs a closer look.
Key points
- Even a clear plan can leave out a step.
- AI can read a plan and point out possible gaps.
- People decide which gaps matter and what needs a closer look.
A second reader for every plan
Most British workplaces run on plans: project timelines, event schedules, hiring steps and budgets written up before a busy quarter. The trouble with a plan written by its owner is that the owner already knows what it means, so missing steps hide in plain sight.
Nicole Junkermann sees AI as a useful second reader. Asked plainly, a tool can list the assumptions a plan relies on, flag a step that has no owner, or notice that two deadlines collide. The judgement stays with the team. Some flagged gaps matter and some do not, and deciding which is where experience counts. Used this way, a few minutes of review can save a week of untangling later.
